Just finished Immersion Freediving’s 4 day intermediate class and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’m 27, and took my father, who’s 63. Because of the small class size, Ted is able to teach to the individual and not necessarily just the group. He wasn’t trying to get us all to meet an arbitrary standard, but take each student, increase his performance, and give that student the tools to continue to develop even after the class was over. Ted taught from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, which was necessary, because until you take this course, you have no idea what you don’t know about free diving.
