I thank you for teaching us all this great knowledge about Freediving! I guarantee you that through this course I will be a much safer freediver!!!
I had some bad habits that are hard to break, but I take it seriously and will absolutely break them (ie, keeping snorkel in mouth freediving, blowing bubbles when no mouthpiece in mouth, I learned all this from my PADI courses from 1985 and it has been ingrained in my brain) I probably was not your favorite student as I kept making silly mistakes and my rhythm sucks (you should see me try to dance)- but I do take it all seriously and am sincerely trying my best and hopefully improving.
