Cancellation Policy

Immersion Freediving puts a lot of effort into planning our courses and booking space and times at the venues we use to teach our courses.   For these reasons, we are unable to issue refunds for missed courses.

Changes in course dates  made well in advance can be easily accommodated, but changes made closer to the course date may incur a penalty.

Re-scheduling a course one month or more before the start of the course can be done at no charge.

Re-scheduling a course between one month and two weeks  before the start of course can be done for a $75  change fee.

Re-scheduling a course with less than two weeks notice may or may not be possible based upon course size.  When possible it can be changed for a $125 change fee.

Re-scheduling a course with less than one week notice is not possible.

There are no refunds on course fees due to missed or canceled ocean sessions. If the ocean sessions are canceled due to weather issues, you may finish during any future Immersion Freediving course or Immersion Training session for just the boat fee of $60 just like during the class.  If you need to make up an ocean session for any reason other than cancellation due to weather you may do so for a  $125 fee which includes the boat fee and the instruction.  If some or all of the ocean session are canceled we will do additional pool and lecture sessions and you can always come and finish during any future boat trips.
